Three ways to order. One delivery note.
The order is entered once — by the sales rep, by the customer or over the phone — and reaches the warehouse, the route and the invoice on its own. Nobody types it again.
The warehouse can already see it.
Order 4,812 is entered once and never typed again.
It makes no difference how it comes in: the sales rep at the bar, the customer on their phone or a call to the office. All three end up in the same delivery note, with that customer’s price list already applied.

How many hands one of your orders goes through today.
The same Bar La Plaza order, told twice: how it comes out of the notebook today and how it goes into Larstel.
How you do it today
With Larstel
Sample dataAnd out of the warehouse by aisle and by cold store.
The order comes in
With the customer’s price list applied and their history in view. If something is missing, you know it here.
It’s picked by aisle and by cold store
The list comes out sorted by location, not by the order things were asked for.
It goes out on its route
It’s assigned to the right route on its own, and the delivery note is generated when delivery is confirmed.
The picking list, the shortages and the substitutions are three screens of the same order. The warehouse opens nothing else.
See the Warehouse module →Recurring orders
The weekly ones build themselves. You only confirm what changes.
Larstel learns how often each customer orders from you and leaves the order built overnight, with their price list already on it.
Four things people ask us before they drop the notebook.
Does the sales rep need signal?
To take the order, no. The app saves it on the phone and uploads it the moment the line comes back; the customer already has their copy in hand. In the basement of a bar that’s normal, and it’s accounted for.
Does the customer see their price list?
They see theirs and only theirs: their prices, their offers, their pack sizes. If you agreed a special price with them, it shows up already applied — not as a discount someone has to remember to key in by hand.
What if the order comes in after cut-off?
It goes into the next day’s delivery and the customer sees it that way on the confirmation, with the expected delivery date. You set the cut-off time route by route: after that there’s no arguing about whether they called in time.
Can an order already being picked be changed?
Yes, until the load is closed. The warehouse sees the change on its list and the line stays flagged, so nobody picks the same thing twice and no extra case ends up on the van.
Show us how an order comes in and we’ll count how many times it’s typed.
Thirty minutes with your sales rep and your warehouse manager in the room. We count the hands and the real minutes, one by one.
