Thirty minutes and we tell you what your system is costing you.
You tell us how you work today and we tell you where the hours and the money go. If your system holds up, we say that too — no hard feelings.
Sample diary: write to us and we’ll give you a time.

What we don’t ask you for
What you’ll see on the call
3 screensMap of your operation
Eleven manual entries for an order that comes in once.
The three leaks, in euros
Sample figures for a typical distributor. Yours come out of your own data in the diagnostic, and they are current cost: what it costs you to work this way today. They are not a promised saving.
Rollout plan
With dates and a closed price. If the timing doesn’t work, we say so before signing.
Sample plan for a simple start-up. Every plan runs from 30 to 90 days and is set in the diagnostic.
What happens after you hit send.
Four steps, each with a time on it. None of them depends on you chasing us: if we ever miss the deadline, we call you to say so.
The report you take away
It’s not a Larstel pitch: it’s your operation written out with numbers. It’s worth having even if you end up building something else.
Confirmation with a time
You get an email with the day, the time and who’s going to call you. None of that “we’ll be in touch”.
The call
Half an hour of questions about how you work. No sales deck and no canned demo.
The report, in your inbox
What your system today is costing you, in euros, with the detail of where each figure comes from.
A proposal, or a no
If it fits, a proposal with price and dates in writing. If it doesn’t, we tell you and that’s where it ends.
Acknowledgements from a sample file. The figures in the report come from your own data.
What people ask us before taking a slot.
Three questions that come up on almost every call. If you still have another one, ask it by phone before filling in anything.
Direct line
625 110 647Is this a sales call?
No. Half an hour of questions about how you work. If the system you have today holds up, we tell you and we don’t call again.
Do I have to show you real data?
No need. One screen and a sample delivery note is enough. If you want your first daily brief built from your data, bring two files — stock and orders — and we sign a confidentiality agreement first.
What if I have no time this week?
You book it as far ahead as you need. If seven in the morning or eight in the evening suits you better, we do it then.

What you bring
The price of the ERP is settled in the day-7 proposal, with scope and dates in writing. No small print and no minimum term hidden in an annex.
Projects start from €20,000. The exact figure comes out of the diagnostic, and the diagnostic is free.
Or we call you.
If you’d rather not fill in anything, dial this number and we book it by phone in two minutes.
