The van goes out loaded in the order it delivers.
Full loads, stops in order and deliveries signed on screen. The delivery note goes to invoicing on its own.
Route 02, right now.
Two zones, eight stops, one van. Four delivered, one return with a photo and one shop shut, moved to the end of the route on its own. Nobody called the warehouse to report it.
Sample route with illustrative times. Yours come out of the diagnostic, with your own customers and your own zones.
The paper route sheet against today’s.
It’s not that paper doesn’t work: it’s that what happens out on the road takes four days to reach the office, and by then you’ve invoiced it wrong, or not invoiced it at all.
Five questions that come up in every meeting.
Larstel proposes the route from the day’s orders, the opening hours and the cold boxes counted. The decision to move a stop is still yours.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. The driver app works offline: it keeps deliveries, signatures, photos and payments on the phone and syncs them as soon as there’s signal again, or back at the warehouse. On industrial estates and out in the villages, that’s the norm.
Does the customer get the delivery note straight away?
On signature, the delivery note is emailed to the customer with the lines served, the shortages and the returns. If they prefer paper, the van carries a printer and it prints just the same.
Can I take card payment at the door?
Yes, with a card reader or with the phone. The payment is booked against that customer’s overdue invoices and reconciled with the bank statement that same night.
Does it build the routes on its own, or do I decide?
Larstel proposes: it groups the day’s orders by zone, respects opening hours and counts the cold boxes. You move stops if you want. No route leaves without someone signing it off.
Does it track the cold chain stop by stop?
It counts the cold boxes that go on and come off at each stop, and warns you if the route runs longer than the time you have set for chilled goods.
